ICS Telcom SMS Privacy Policy
This policy covers text messages sent by Intelligent Communication Solutions (ICS Telcom) under the ICS Telcom job notifications program.
What we collect: the mobile phone number a field technician gives ICS when onboarded as a contractor or when accepting a job, and the delivery status of the messages we send.
How we use it: to send job-related notifications such as check-in confirmations, photo upload links and scheduling reminders. We do not send marketing messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our text messaging provider, is permitted only to deliver these messages. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
